We always hope you love what you ordered, but if something is not right, we want to correct it. We will give you a refund or send you another product in exchange.
Within 10 days of receiving your order, call 855-926-2446 or email email@example.com to advise that something is wrong with your order. We will discuss your options and advise you what to do next. If you need to return an item, you can mail it to:

Please note that returning items to ION is done at your own expense unless the issue is our error.
If an order was filled incorrectly or it is not what you wanted, we reserve the right to either replace the item, return the item for a refund or return it for a credit voucher. Any items exchanged will be shipped at no charge for standard shipping and handling. We will bill your credit card for the new merchandise and process your credit for returned merchandise as soon as we receive it.
